Gary GreenbergMicroscope time-lapse: sugar crystalizing out of solution. Appreciation of the crystallization process as a beautiful quantum phenomenon.
Every September, Labocine shares the latest Scenes submitted to us by artists, scientists and researchers from around the world. No post-production, no manipulation in time and space. These clips originate directy from the audio/visual (analog + digital) devices used to record them. Scenes range from a few micro-seconds to hours in duration. There are also free electrons or transposable elements meant to be recycled and repositioned into a different context in which they can be framed to serve a multitude of cinematic experiences and meanings.
