When a scientist's latest attempt to scan the neural network of a brain into a computer construct fails, he must come to terms with the personal sacrifices he has made and the unusual results of his experiments. The Sierra Project is a short science fiction film written and directed by Gabriel de Urioste and produced for the New York University Tisch UGFTV Fall 2009 Narrative Workshop. The film stars Richard Alleman and features Liam Rhodes, Lillian Solange Beaudoin, and Colin Fisher.
