One autumn, filmmaker Miranda Siegel experiences a bipolar mixed episode. Given her busy schedule, she chooses to ignore the episode, attempting to white-knuckle through the sleeplessness, racing thoughts, and suicidal ideation in order to keep up with schoolwork and her job.
