Claymation, puppets, stop motion. All elements thrown like clay on the surrealist wall to create a version of Faust’s story and his dance with Lucifer that brings together elements of Goethe and Christopher Marlowe, as well as some traditional folklore and even a Kafkaesque visit to a Portuguese court.
