Scarlet was born with an extremely rare genetic mutation known as Schinzel-Giedion Syndrome. Her story is truly one of a kind and we hope our film can help bring awareness and change to the ever increasing need for professional nurses in the home and equal pay. The bond and strength the Wagner family has is both admirable and inspiring.
