For the past three years Andrew Stevenson, with the help of his young daughter Elsa, has been researching and filming the humpback whales that migrate past Bermuda each spring. What started as a project to make a documentary about the North Atlantic humpback whale has become a consuming passion as Andrew takes advantage of Bermuda’s mid-ocean platform providing a unique window into the migratory lives of the humpbacks – a visually stunning journey of discovery.
