The complete work of one of the most admired directors in the history of our cinema. José Val del Omar is considered the pioneer of Spanish experimental cinema. Creator of an extraordinary artistic and technological talent, "believer in cinema" and enlightened by new horizons that he formulated by means of the acronym PLAT -which are equivalent to the totalizing concept of Picto-Lumínica-Audio-Táctil-, Val del Omar was contemporary and comrade of Lorca, Cernuda, Renau, Zambrano and other names older than a Silver Age truncated with the Civil War. In 1928 he anticipated several of his most characteristic techniques, including the '' panoramic image overflow '' outside the limits of the screen and the concept of '' tactile vision ''.
