A 4-minute, 53-second video artwork by Peruvian artist Olga Engelmann, centered on Sara—the Quechua word for corn—and the cultural importance of maize in Peru. The work follows the story of a young Quechua-speaking woman from Abancay and forms part of Engelmann's broader artistic exploration of Peruvian identity, memory, popular culture, and corn as a cultural symbol. A contemporary source from RPP documents Sara as a production by Engelmann and identifies it as a video action presented in 2011.
