Kamal Aljafari takes Israeli and North American films (there was a Chuck Norris in between), shot between 1960 and 1990, to recover the port city of Jaffa from its gaze. The protagonists are removed and all that remains are the places, the houses, the roads. What was invisible is now in the foreground. Editing as political activism.
