The skin incision is sutured closed. The wound is cleaned and dressed. A firm bandage is applied to maintain pressure and prevent shock. The intertitles give a pathological description of the tumour, describing it. It weighs 25lbs and contained 2.5 gallons of fluid. The tumour is displayed. A surgeon dissects the tumour, and there is an explosion of liquid and a gooey substance as he cuts into it. The patient is seen lying in bed, awake.
