Once A Blue Always A Red' features the artist's conversations with two taxi drivers in Liverpool. It is part of his long-term project 'Crossing the Park' where he attempts to change which football team he supports from Everton to their local rivals Liverpool. There are strong negative social pressures against such a change of allegiance; the conversations examine this through the lens of family and friends, loyalty and identity.
