In a dramatisation, a hospital room is shown, with a patient unconscious in bed. A doctor is told to use a relaxant, but appears confused. An animated model man in a dress suit appears and speaks in rhyming verse about how the doctor need not be confused. He proceeds to explains about muscle relaxants and how they work, with the aid of diagrams and animations. He also discusses antidotes to relaxants. An experiment using relaxants and antidotes is carried out using a rat diaphragm.
