Behind the shop counter, Liu Liu’s mother listens to audiotapes to teach herself Hungarian. Bored and frustrated, Liu Liu goes in search of adventure. Exploring this new and foreign land, he encounters a mysterious monster. As he chases — and is chased — we follow this spirited battle with the unknown. Both sensitive and playful, Cat Rong Po draws us into the world of a child discovering a new place — highlighting the magic, humour and wariness inherent in this adventure.
