Lydia, a retired Broadway actress now in her 90s, is locked in a tense debate with her son Joshua and granddaughter Casey, as they urge her to leave her small house in the woods for somewhere more reasonable. When a strange young man crashes their dinner, claiming to be lost, an uncomfortable encounter soon becomes a bizarre performance, and Lydia is forced to use her theatrical wisdom, talent, and ego to diffuse the situation. It slowly becomes clear that this entire night may just be an opportunity for Lydia's one final show, her very independence at stake.
