Inspired by B. Traven’s novel about a 1920s Mexican cart driver, this film follows four contemporary truck drivers in Europe, all named Andrés. As they haul goods through the night, their labor “exhausts the men who make it function, and in so doing exhausts itself” in a poignant echo of capitalist systems
