Steve dreams of becoming an actor. Originally from Cameroon, he decides to train at the Cours Simon drama school in Paris. Repeatedly reduced to the colour of his skin, the aspiring actor struggles to bear this ostracizing environment. This portrait powerfully merges the personal with the political while offering the protagonist the role of his dreams: that of the revolutionary, Georges Danton.
