For centuries, humans have sought to make the world predictable and orderly, yet the climate crisis reveals that life resists control. Moles undermine golf courses, bark beetles devour spruce plantations, weeds disrupt development projects, and whales attack motorboats. Drawing on ethnographic research and anthropological texts, the film explores a world where safety and the future are not solely human claims.
