I had the idea to make this film when passing the factory in Gonfreville-l’Orcher. The huge fires which burn 24 hours a day obscure the horizon, and now seem to have actually become part of the landscape. But what is their impact? Sometimes, our most dangerous neighbours are those we have forgotten.
