"Absence is a form"

Inspired by Octavia E. Butlers poem "We are Earthseed", the film carries the notion of a speculative future, of infinite becoming and possibilities, of surrender to transformation as the only constant.

" All that you touch,
You Change.
All that you Change,
Changes you.
The only lasting truth is Change.
God is Change."

Questioning technology at its chore - asking the question what is left to be human? which technologies will make us human (again)?

Starring at the Sun proposes a new cosmology where the sun—particulate, omnipresent, ungraspable—is both god and disruptive force. It is not divinity as form or doctrine, but as force and possibility. Engaging with Solar Cycle 25 and recent electromagnetic disturbances, the work reimagines solar flares as signals—cosmic communications from a universe in flux. At the threshold of art, physics, and spiritual technology, it treats solar bodies as modes of knowing, with light as both medium and message.
