Listen, observe, touch, taste. To evolve in a still virgin, undomesticated space, that of the state of nature. He is there to reconnect with him, she is trained on wild edible plants, another regrets spending her days in front of a computer... They went for a fortnight, backpack, for a week, walking in the forest, reflecting alone or together on their existence forced by a highly toxic consumer society. Carole Messmer follows step by step these temporary nomads in detoxification cure, who are trained to survive with the only resources found in the woods: picking with baskets made from rushes, meals taken by the fire in improvised plates with bark, bivouacs under the stars on a foam mat... The camera, tactile, films the hands groping, the bodies relearning freedom of movement, another relationship with time, a handful of humans who experience the principles and limits of frugal community life, discuss it and dream of autonomy in a world with which they feel disconnected.
