How do the middle and upper classes kill time when they’re not working? Adam Paaske puts together an answer by filming the residents of summer houses in Denmark. This fictional ethnography, comprised of short scenes edited together—including the 2022 Festival trailer!—takes a detached and ironic look at the leisure civilisation, haunted by the absurd, boredom and solitude.
