Elegy for the Forgotten, on an Endless War is an experimental short documentary by Iranian filmmaker Bani Khoshnoudi. Through archival imagery, personal narration, and layered soundscapes, the film reflects on the enduring legacy of war, political violence, exile, and collective memory in Iran. Combining essay film and visual experimentation, Khoshnoudi creates a poetic meditation on loss, resistance, and the persistence of historical trauma across generations.
