A twisted splatter-fest featuring Bill & Ted star Alex Winter as a neighbor from Hell! William is a frustrated recording engineer with a dream of composing an epic progressive rock album. But at every turn he’s hindered by his new neighbor, Vlad, a loathsome and loud lunatic. Vlad’s constant noises and ear-splitting blaring music at all hours are driving William insane. As a result of the stress he loses his girlfriend, then he loses his job and soon after he starts slowly losing his mind. Yet only when William accidentally kills his neighbor, does the nightmare fresh hell truly begin.
