In Como Preparar Patitas de Cerdo (2013), pigs’ feet serve as a link within the tight-knit community of Los Sures. The camera follows the feet around the Southside of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Starting at the local butcher and passing through the homes, kitchens and streets of the neighborhood, we discover the community’s relationship to each other, history and work.
