The first mother shown was unable to feed her first baby and is pregnant with her second. She has inverted nipples. Before the birth, she is shown massaging and cleaning her nipples, then sucking the nipples out with a breast pump. A 'Natural Nursing Nipple Shield' is also used. The treatment is successful and she is shown breastfeeding her baby. The second mother does not produce much breast milk. After feeding the baby from both breasts, the baby is weighed and then formula is prepared to make up the difference.
