Visiting the Prague Zoo, Kartikeya calls his mother, a zoologist. He describes what he sees and imagines: the tiger’s dream, the snake’s insomnia, the gorilla’s trauma. Somewhere between memories, projections, and scientific rigour, they decipher the mechanisms of life and gradually close the distance between son and mother, animal and human.
