Morgan, a 17-year-old with a sheltered suburban life, struggles to define herself in a college essay. With a question so large and looming, she decides to stay home for the summer when a rare family crisis brings her decades older half siblings home. Through shared generational trauma and familial love the four siblings learn to navigate some of life's hardest challenges while relying on each other and their fractured relationships. A special indie that is filled with heart and hijinks reminds us seeking human connection and "figuring it out" is all we can really do. Starring Aya Cash (You’re the Worst), Betsy Brandt (Breaking Bad), Ella Rubin (Anora), and Thomas Sadoksi (The Newsroom), Adult Children makes you feel like one of the family. – Sierra Slaugher
