Jiro, a Japanese man in his seventies, lives serenely in his garden in Portugal, the country where he decided to settle after a trip he took in his thirties. Aya, his daughter and the director of this film, relives this journey by talking to him, who in turn talks to his photographic archive. While Jiro loses sight in his left eye, Aya brings life and sonic energy to his archive.
