About

Tatiana received a BA in Film at Emerson College in 2006 and an MFA in Computer Art with a focus in Motion Graphics from the School of Visual Arts in 2012. Having grown up overseas (Venezuela, Taiwan, Thailand, Mexico, Hong Kong), Tatiana developed a passion for documentary photography and filmmaking at a young age.

She has worked for Al Jazeera, MSNBC, Frontline of PBS, multiple award-winning feature documentary films (Intimidad, Profit Motive and the Whispering Wind, Give Up Tomorrow) is a founding member of a successful 8mm film wedding company (Hello Super 8) and has directed several music videos for Daptone Records, Physical Music Productions and JDub Records.

Since living in New York City, Tatianaʼs photography work has been featured in the New York Times, Village Voice, and Time Out Magazine. Additionally, her film work has toured many festivals and competitions around the world.

In 2013 she founded Second Heart, a production and post-production studio that specializes in documentary shorts and animation projects.

In 2017 Tatiana joined Nomadic Learning as Creative Director to lead all video and animation projects for their online learning programs.
