Jodie  is an award-winning documentary producer working across film and audio. Starting her career in documentary film exhibition, she  produced itinerant screenings for underserved communities and those under threat of displacement in West Bank, and was part of a  small team to bring the UK its very first dedicated documentary cinema.

As a film and audio producer, Jodie’s interest is in character-led storytelling; personal micro stories as a way into the broader social  topics of our time. Her documentaries have been featured at film and audio festivals around the world, and have appeared on platforms such as the BBC Radio 4, BBC World Service, Channel 4, ABC, the CBC, Al Jazeera, WNYC, Topic.com and KCRW.  Her radio documentaries have also been turned into chapters of books, animations, exhibitions and one even had a song made about it!
