César Flores (México, 1993) has worked as a director and director of photography on various audiovisual projects, mostly documentaries. Presenting his work at exhibitions and film festivals such as the Morelia International Film Festival, Mexico International Short Film Festival, Chicago Latino Film Festival, Durango Mexican Film Festival, Madrid Film and Human Rights Festival, among others.

He has also contributed to magazines such as Mexico Desconocido and National Geographic.  In 2020 he was selected by Talents Guadalajara, an initiative within of the Guadalajara Film Festival for his work as director of photography.  Among the awards he has receive are: Honorable Mention at the 12th Mexico International Short Film Festival, Honorable Mention at the Mexico City Independent Film Festival, Best documentary at the 11º FICUVAQ and second place in the State Short Film Festival CCC 2019.
