I am a genetic designer who is combining the training in the medical field with the promises of the nascent field of synthetic biology.I have a passion for designing and creating new genetic technologies from clues embedded in nature. I also have a deep interest to design experiences that can engage the public and scientists in thinking about the future and societal impacts of technologies. I’m a former fellow of AAAS Leshner Leadership Institute for Public Engagement in science.
