About

I was born in Budapest (Hungary) in 1989. I spent my childhood in Tehran (Iran) in an artist community, where I got to know Art in its various forms and expressions. In 2019 I graduated in MA animation at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design. For a semester I participated in a student exchange program at School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong.

As an independent artist I have made several short films and have worked in various feature-length animated films and documentaries. My graduation film, “Helfer” has been selected to over 70 international film festivals, including Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, Animafest Zagreb and Vienna Shorts.

Currently I am working as a freelancer in my hometown, and also teaching Animation at Budapest Metropolitan University. I am also participating in Animation Sans Frontiéres, where I am developing an experimental animated documentary.
