Next to one of Portland, Maine’s most beautiful public parks, a dedicated, motley crew works day and night to keep the city’s wastewater treatment plant running. Comedy and catastrophe meet in this debut feature film, which witnesses plant manager Dustin Price and his team battling aging infrastructure, funding shortfalls, public apathy, PFAS “forever chemicals,” and an unending stream of putrid odors – in a valiant effort to keep the city regular.
