Un)earthing – Plant Knowledge and Dreams is an ambient dream journey that weaves together memories and personal stories of healing with plants.

Much of the once-common knowledge of medicinal plants has been lost through the violent forces of capitalism, the church, and colonialism—erasures that have disproportionately affected women.

Remembering, reclaiming, and sharing this wisdom is both a personal and political act. By engaging with local, resilient plants—often dismissed as ‘weeds’—we can reclaim agency over our own health while nurturing the well-being of our communities and ecosystems. In doing so, we move toward healing and the re-enchantment of the world.
