Tech Tactile presents a cacophony of obsolete tactile communications within the stylized settings of Film Noir crime dramas. Here, the cynical attitudes and motivations of the characters of these crime dramas are replaced by the intruding and interrupting sounds of their technology. Their hands in turn express their emotions as some proceed through their variety of anxious and illusory situations, while others operate the mechanisms of enforcement.
