Simulations

Jacques brings his sister Vera to the simulated universe of -20, even though it is illegal to bring non-simunauts. Jacques is a simunaut, a simulation traveler working for the government.

While in -20, Jacques is intrigued to follow a mysterious man waving at him from the hills. Since Jacques' job is to capture any unauthorized simulation travelers, he goes after the man. Vera stays. Jacques never return. Vera is then pulled back to our world, called 'simulation 0', by Jacques' colleague Deepak. Deepak tells her they cannot return to -20, it is too dangerous.

One year later, Vera is a graduated simunaut authorized to travel to other simulations. By accident, she winds up in -20. There, she finds her lost brother Jacques. But Jacques seems different. He takes her to meet someone, the mysterious man they saw one year ago. His name is Hacker.

Hacker tells Vera there are simulations out there that are far better and more morally just than the world we live in now. Hacker says our government want to keep the truth away from the people. Jacques disappeared one year ago because he joined Hacker's side.

Then, Deepak arrives at -20. He searches for Vera and demands her to come back with him. Against her will, Deepak takes her back to the teleportation area. She finds out Deepak knew why Jacques disappeared in -20. At the very end, Vera refuses to come with him back to our world and chooses to stay in -20, with Hacker and with her brother
