A young woman with agency believes she can put up with a bad situation to serve her own ends, even if she doesn't believe in what she is doing. Ultimately she sees the breakdown and the folly of what is around her. She sees the urgency to serve her true needs and move closer to something that matters and to the people who she cares about.
