The film follows an amateur photographer who enters a forest haunted by faint traces of those who once belonged there. When he finally encounters one, the boundaries between observer and observed begin to blur. He gradually abandons the urge to capture the world with his camera and surrenders instead to a state of stillness and communion with the forest.
