"Nuevos Trapos" takes place on the shores of the Río de la Plata, where the city of Buenos Aires meets the water, like a poem to the city that sails between reality and imagination. A documentary journey through the north waterfront of the city reflects the metamorphosis of Buenos Aires. Cartographies of the past and present intertwine, revealing the evolution of Buenos Aires from its foundations to the present day. The protagonist, armed with his own cartography, invites us to imagine a new horizon for the city, while he explores the landscape and how the city's inhabitants connect with it.
