The intertitles advise that the mother should clean her nipples before and after feeds, and that she should drink a glass of water during each feed. Advice is also given on the proper length of breastfeeding time, and how often the mother and baby should rest. Twin babies are seen breastfeeding at the same time, one from each breast.
