In the fairytale land of Brooklyn NY, Cinderella is grieving the death of his father. Tortured by his evil step-family, Cinderella longs for the freedom the city's rats enjoy. When he learns the local Prince is throwing a birthday party, he escapes the clutches of his family with the help of his Fairy Godmother and his favorite rat. Little does he know, this rager will change the course of his life.
