In “The Curtain”, Kundera said that History (the one of Humanity) has the bad taste to repeat itself; whether art is here to create its own story. In the French language, l’histoire means both History and story. In our modern time but also since the beginning of human history, we are used to both anthropomorphic and natural catastrophes leading to (partial) destruction. The difference between all is the story that we are transmitting afterward.
