Leonardo’s Deluge is an experimental short film (around 15 minutes) inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s series of drawings “The Deluge” held at Windsor. The film animates Leonardo’s visions of storms and floods, combining motion, montage, and fluid dynamics. The project was made for the Art on Film / Film on Art series, with narration (using Leonardo’s own texts) by Anjelica Huston, and music by Tan Underwood. (From a descriptive program pamphlet)
