The film revisits the stagecoach attack sequence, an archetypal Western scene. Using a Super 8 projector and re-filming on a dismantled LCD screen, the film appears vivid and floating in lantern light. The landscapes of the American mainland stretch out in time, and history repeats itself. Made from an 8mm reel of an excerpt from John Ford's 1939 film "Stagecoach."
