Flesh, identity—the face is the surface that connects us with society and shapes us in the eyes of others. This episode of SOY CÁMARA is an expressionist mashup that explores the primary emotions which connect us with our face, using images that transcend epochs and genres. The alienation of a physiognomy that we can only apprehend in its two dimensional reflection. A reflection that we look at again and again in our attempt to capture it, but which we can barely recall with any precision. A fleeting image, but one that dwells within us until the end.
