Rudi Mandl, a balding dishwasher with broken English and a passion for physics, is determined for his theory to be heard, no matter how bad he is at expressing himself. With the help of friends made in the forgotten corners of Depression era Washington, D.C., Rudi manages to get his equations into the hands of his hero, Albert Einstein. But when Einstein proves to be human, and, on top of that, refuses to publish Rudi's findings, Rudi quickly discovers that questions of the heart may not have simple solutions. Inspired by a true story.
