In a future where world leaders are appointed by lottery Lenny Hicks, a former rockstar, becomes Prime Minister of the UK against his will. Forbidden to resign by law Lenny decides to become the worst possible leader in order to be kicked out of office. Unfortunately, he will discover that the more stupid he acts the more popular he becomes.
