Native Hawaiian birds were fundamental in forming the Hawaiian Islands as we know them. However, today, Hawaii is known as the extinction capital of the world with a high percentage of its native birds threatened. This film showcases many different native species as they receive care at the Hawaii Wildlife Center during their recovery journey.
