The year is 2074. Total pollution of the Earth. Food shortages. The fall of governments and systems. Control is taken over by Bionet Corporation, which guarantees food with their main alimentary product, Biogreen. States become sectors under the administration of Bionet Corporation. The human population is divided between employees of the corporation and residents of the sectors. Under decree STR 29/87b, each sector resident is implanted with an identification chip, which, together with all personal information, also includes their comprehensive financial situation. Controls are carried out by special sector offices, which are responsible to Bionet Corporation. It is time for final solution.
